[Quiz] Can you name every UFC Heavyweight Champion?

The UFC heavyweight division has long been regarded as one of the most exciting divisions to watch by MMA and UFC fans. The division is constantly growing and adding more and more world class fighters every year but it’s the fact that men who can weigh up to 265lbs will put on 4oz gloves and try to knock their opponents out. Coupling the weight with the gloves, this builds a fight where one punch could literally be the end of the night for one man. This creates suspense in every heavyweight fight because fighters, coaches, teammates and fans know that regardless of how the fight is going it can be over at any moment in the fight. A perfect example of this would be the Cheick Kongo vs. Pat Barry fight back in 2011 which saw Barry hurt, wobble and knock Kongo down multiple times before Kongo ends the fight whilst still dazed.

There have been some phenomenal champions in the UFC heavyweight division with numerous champions making it into the UFC’s Hall of Fame. There have also been champions in this division that have lost their belt and come back to win it back again. There is a reason why fights in the heavyweight division, especially heavyweight main events create a huge buzz, excitement and anticipation therefore giving the UFC large viewing numbers.
